Group Classes

Group classes at rebound cater for every fitness level, and each group class is capped at 8 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served!


Healthy Movement

Monday - 9am
Tuesday - 11am
Wednesday - 9am, 10am, 5.30pm
Thursday -9am, 10am, 5.30pm
Friday -10am, 11am

A 'low intensity' group exercise class designed for those with diabetes, recent cardiac events, arthritis or metabolic conditions. Caters for all fitness
levels and abilities. (Some classes are private health rebate eligible)

Stability & Mobility 

Friday - 11am


This class is designed to improve the flexibility and mobility of your muscles and joints. Spend 60 minutes targeting areas of pain and soreness, and rejuvenate your body. 

Functional Movement

Monday - 10am, 5.30pm
Tuesday - 8am, 10am, 6.30pm
Wednesday - 8am, 11am, 3.30pm, 7pm
Thursday - 6am, 6.30pm
Friday - 7.30am, 9am

Our Functional Movement Class is designed to reintroduce movements into your life to support activities of daily living. The fundamentals of this class includes: mobility of joints, core strength, movement based strength and cardiovascular fitness.

Mums & Bubs

Monday - 11am
Wednesday - 1pm


Ready to return to regular exercise after having your baby - our small group (baby friendly) classes are designed by exercise experts to safely get you back into shape. 


Youth Movement (in partnership with headspace)

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 4.30pm

Our after school program is designed to encourage an increase in physical activity in youth. The programming of this class varies each week and
ranges from yoga/breathing strategies, strength training, functional training and high intensity aerobic exercise.
