Why do you work in the Health & Fitness industry?
The field of Exercise Physiology integrates both my strong love of exercise and the opportunity to help enrich the lives of others through the countless benefits that safe and effective Exercise provides. 

What are you training for?
I’m to training to qualify for the Boston Marathon and run as many marathons/Ultra-marathons as possible. 

What is your typical training week?
Running 3-4 days per week & 1-2 days of Resistance training.

What is favourite/least favourite exercise?
I love! - My weekend long runs around the Northern Beaches & Sydney Harbour (especially around sunrise!)
I hate! - Core work especially Planks!

'Go to' healthy meal/my best cheat meal?
'Eating Good' - A Grilled chicken/lamb salad with any of the following: sweet potato, quinoa, avocado, halloumi
Guilty pleasure - A double scoop of ice cream
