Why do you work in the Health & Fitness industry?

I am really passionate about health & fitness- it is a very important part of my lifestyle. It is a really rewarding industry to work in as my role allows me to help improve the quality of life of others. The industry is always diverse and interesting; whether I am helping someone recover from injury or assisting someone going through Cancer treatment.  

What are you training for?

I really enjoy running- so a large proportion of my training is running. I run to keep fit and I find it very therapeutic. I enjoy participating in events such as City2Surf and I recently completed the Bath Half Marathon.

What is your typical training week?

I run most mornings- I usually run down by the beach which is always a nice way to start the day. I also go to the gym 3-4 times/wk. At the gym I enjoy spin, boxing and general strength training.

What is favourite/least favourite exercise?

I love a good run! Can’t say I enjoy burpees!

'Go to' healthy meal/my best cheat meal?

Healthy meal- Sushi (Black rice tuna & avocado)
Cheat meal- I love a good sticky date pudding!
