Why do you work in the Health & Fitness industry?

I have always been incredibly active and have always been passionate about health and wellbeing. Being a Physiotherapist is such a rewarding experience as you can help people from all levels of fitness to improve their health and reach their highest health potential and achieve their goals.

What are you training for?

AFL
Blackmores Bridge Run

What is your typical training week?

AFL training twice per week, gym 3 to 4 times per week, a medium run once per week and possibly a swim if the weather is good

What is favourite/least favourite exercise?

I love team training. I find it a lot easier to push my body when surrounded by teammates and I’m focused on the game rather.   

My least favourite exercise is burpees. I can’t stand them  

'Go to' healthy meal/my best cheat meal?

Healthy Meal - Pumpkin Salad
Guilty pleasure - anything with chocolate or cheese
