Exercise
Fitness is clearly important. If we don’t work out, we cannot build that lean muscle. Not to mention improving our fitness improves our circulation, blood pressure, endurance, and increases muscle mass among other things. Increasing our muscle mass makes us stronger and helps to increase our metabolism which helps us to burn more calories during the day.
Nutrition
Nutrition is 90% of the equation, and we always say that you can’t outrun your fork. Learn how to have a healthy relationship with food, how to see food not only as delicious and wonderful, but also as fuel for our body. We will teach you how to manage your food properly so you can have your cake and eat it too.
Accountability
We all need someone to look over our shoulder and make sure we’re staying on track. Whether it’s a workout partner that keeps you motivated to keep going to the gym and workout, or someone keeping track of your eating, so you don’t have a major slip up, or maybe it’s someone who’s going to help you establish goals moving forward. We all can use some accountability in our lives, and we will help provide that.

2 Sessions per Week: $399 for the 6-week program (or $64 per week)
