Why do you work in the Health and Fitness Industry?
Health and fitness is such a huge part of my life and I love that I can share what I am passionate
about every single day. I love helping others to feel empowered in taking control of their health and
seeing the difference a healthy lifestyle can make in people’s lives is so rewarding.
What are you training for?
I love training to keep fit and challenge myself and for the beneficial effect it has on my mindset and mental health.
I’m also training for the upcoming surf boat rowing season with North Narrabeen SLSC
What is your typical training week?
I do a weights or conditioning session in the gym 3-4 times a week. I love to mix it up each week with
boxing, Pilates, a rowing session out on the water or a surf in summer.
What is your favourite/least favourite exercise?
Favourite: Deadlifts and Boxing
Least Favourite: Long distance running!

Healthy: Grilled Salmon and Stir-fried veggies
