Launch Into Private Practice

Having been around the Northern Beaches for over 15 years, we understand the ingredients that make a new grad role in Private Practice successful and rewarding.

We have put all of these components together in our Graduate Program - to help new team members launch into their careers at Rebound.

So we’re looking for Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists who are excited to work in Private Practice!

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with a team of top-tier multi-disciplinary health professionals, including Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, and Dietitians.

 

What is Involved?

The Rebound Graduate Program includes:

Supported induction period to allow you to adjust to a new team & clinic (appointment times, observation and more)

- Weekly 1 to 1 Mentoring with a Senior Practitioner

- Ongoing Weekly PD sessions with the Rebound team

- Further ongoing study opportunities

- $1000 PD allowance

- Quarterly Team Development Days

- Annual Rebound Retreat

- Quarterly Social Functions

- Tech provided to you for use in the clinic and at home

To be eligible, you must:

Be graduated or expecting to graduate with a Bachelor or Masters

Have a current Police Check, First Aid and CPR Certificate, and Working With Childrens Check

Have a passion for your area of study and be keen to learn!
