  • Please wear something you are comfortable moving in, your Medicare referral and a drink bottle if you would like one.

  • We will discuss your medical history, understanding of diabetes, current eating and exercise habits, any other concerns and how to use lifestyle modification to assist in managing diabetes.

  • Yes, in your initial assessment we will discuss any other concerns you may have and put together a plan of how you can engage in the program.

  • We have two different class levels to suit individuals fitness levels. Your Exercise Physiologist will help you decided which class you are best suited to.
