Tara Jenkins
Senior Exercise Physiologist
Why do you work in the Industry?
Health and fitness is such a huge part of my life and I love that I can share what I am most passionate about every single day. I have seen the difference regular exercise and a healthy lifestyle has made in my own life and seeing this positive change in others is so rewarding.
I enjoy taking the time to get to know everyone I work with as no two people are the same and there is no one size fits all approach. I help my clients set realistic goals and engage with something that is meaningful to them.
I love to work with a huge variety of people but am particularly passionate about working with those living with Parkinson’s Disease and other neurological conditions. I also have an interest in strength and condition and exercise for women’s health conditions.
I love helping others to feel empowered in taking control of their health and being there to provide support and encouragement no matter what stage you are at.
