The RELOAD Osteoarthritis Program aims to improve your joint pain, stiffness, strength and function. It is a 12-week program of 2x sessions per week working with our physiotherapists or exercise physiologists.
We start with a one hour 1-on-1 assessment where we discuss your symptoms, your history so that we can make a plan specific for you.
RELOAD is a research-supported education and exercise program that aligns with the latest findings in Osteoarthritis research.

This program is designed for people dealing with symptoms related to hip and / or knee Osteoarthritis, irrespective of the severity of the condition.
It offers valuable clarity and education, aiming to prevent the need for total knee and hip replacements.

What if I have specific concerns or pain during the program?
If you experience any issues or pain, our team of Exercise Physiologists and Physiotherapists are available to provide guidance and make necessary modifications to your program.
What happens after the 12-week program ends?
Post-program, we offer guidance on maintaining and building upon the progress you’ve made. Additional support and advanced programs may also be available for continued improvement.
