Aidan O'Malley

Exercise Physiologist

Man in a black “Rebound” polo, smiling, represents the Rebound Health team on white background.

Aidan believes movement is one of the most powerful tools we have to change how we feel, move, and live — and he’s here to help you use it.

As an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Aidan works with people of all ages and abilities: whether you’re managing a chronic condition, recovering from an injury, rebuilding your confidence, or simply wanting to stay strong and independent as you get older, he’ll meet you where you are. No two people are the same, so no two programmes should be either. Aidan takes the time to understand your goals, your history, and what a good day looks like for you, then builds a plan that fits your life — practical, motivating, and designed around small, consistent steps that add up to real, lasting change.

His clinical interests are broad, spanning bone health and osteoporosis, paediatric and adolescent exercise physiology, disability and neurodiversity, women’s health, and cancer rehabilitation and survivorship. During his Honours degree at The University of Sydney, Aidan designed and delivered exercise programmes for children recovering from cancer — research that went on to be published in a peer-reviewed journal. It’s this same evidence-based, deeply personal approach that he brings to every client he works with: thorough, genuinely caring, and completely in your corner.

A proud Northern Beaches local, when Aidan isn’t in the clinic you’ll find him walking his miniature dachshund Willow around Clareville and Avalon, out for a run, or cheering on his beloved Manly Sea Eagles at Brookie Oval. Above all, he wants you to leave each session feeling stronger, more confident, and genuinely excited about what your body can do.
