Jackson Koop
Exercise Physiologist
I have always lived an active lifestyle, competing in many sports growing up including soccer, basketball and others while also competing at a high level in track and field. I have unfortunately experienced my fair share of
injuries and the time I spent in rehabilitation led to my peaked interest in Allied Health.
Not until the end of high school did I find out about Exercise Physiology, but when I did, I knew it was what I wanted to pursue. What I love about Exercise Physiology is the journey we undertake with every person we meet.
I love to get to know my clients on a personal level and understand their interests and how I can make exercise enjoyable for them. I enjoy working with all people with a keen interest in musculoskeletal and sports injuries and working with neurological conditions.
I love enabling my clients to be the best version of themselves by putting their health first.
