Maddy Benton
Exercise Physiologist

Maddy is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist passionate about helping people move with confidence and purpose. With a background in competitive swimming and a current love for triathlon, she brings a deep understanding of how structured movement can empower both body and mind.
She takes a supportive, evidence-based approach to exercise, designing programs that meet each person exactly where they are — whether they’re rebuilding strength, managing a chronic condition, or striving for new performance goals.
Outside the clinic, Maddy enjoys spending time outdoors — swimming, running, or exploring the bush with her golden retriever, Kobe. Her warm, encouraging nature helps clients feel comfortable, motivated, and ready to achieve their health goals.
