Meg Bowden
Exercise Physiologist

Meg is an energetic and friendly Exercise Physiologist who’s passionate about helping people move, feel and live better. With a background in Sport and Exercise Science and a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology, she brings both professional expertise and a genuine love of human movement to every session.
Growing up, Meg could always be found playing sport — from netball and touch football to surfing — and her fascination with how the body works naturally evolved into a career helping others build strength, confidence, and enjoyment in exercise.
Meg takes a positive, encouraging approach with her clients. She loves creating an environment where every session feels engaging and fun, while still focused on achieving meaningful, sustainable results. She has a particular interest in working with children and enjoys learning more about exercise in cancer care.
Outside the clinic, Meg enjoys being outdoors, staying active with her friends and family, playing pickleball, and getting lost in a good book.
