About Me
Growing up, exercise and physical activity have always been a major aspect of my life, due to my participation in a wide range of sports such as netball, touch football, athletics, cross country and cricket. With my background came lots of injuries, exposing me to a wide range of allied health professionals, including exercise physiologists.
Exercise physiology has allowed me to combine my love of physical activity and exercise, with my interest in science and research, and my passion for working with and meeting new and interesting people.
When I'm not working, you can find me at the beach, going for runs with my dog or baking sweet treats!

Bachelor of Applied Sciences (Exercise Physiology) (Honours)
Accredited Exercise Physiologist (ESSA)
