When I first heard the phrase ‘movement is medicine’ I knew I had found my path. Exercise Physiology combines my deep interest in helping others improve their health with my enthusiasm for physical activity and sport. I love that every day I learn something new about the way movement helps the body heal itself and function in a healthier way. I believe that exercise is for everyone and greatly enjoy working with a variety
of people. I have a particular interest in working with people experiencing Persistent Pain, Women’s Health conditions and disordered eating/ exercise compulsion.

In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, camping, and rowing on Sydney’s beautiful harbour. I am passionate about helping people understand their health and working collaboratively towards a goal that is meaningful to them.
