About me:

I love empowering people to play a role in their physiotherapy journey. I value being approachable and providing a supportive and positive environment for clients to gain confidence with movement and their recovery.
I have nurtured a particular interest in understanding the role that mental health, our sensory responses, and trauma, play on the body and our response to pain and movement. Health is so much more than just physical!

I am also proudly neurodivergent and a part of the LGBTQ+ community, and am passionate about working within these communities. In my spare time, I’m busy annoying my 4 cats or enjoying some brunch and a coffee.
