Why do you work in the Health & Fitness industry?
I wanted to be part of an industry that makes a difference in people’s lives.
Coming from a background in the Construction & Architecture industry, Health & Fitness is MUCH more rewarding.

What are you training for?
At the moment I’m recovering from a broken ankle so the main focus is getting back moving.
I am planning to do May100k for MS.

What is your typical training week?
Recently it’s all been about running. 4/5 times a week.

What is favourite/least favourite exercise?
I love! -Soul cycle, reformer pilates, runs and ocean swimming

I hate! - Burpees

'Go to' healthy meal/my best cheat meal?
Healthy go to - I have a homemade green smoothie every day full of all the good stuff.
celery, spinach, grapefruit, ginger, mint, pineapple coconut protein powder, iced green tea, and whatever fruit is in season

Cheat Meal - Lots of carbs and cheese
