What sets the Rebound OA Program apart is its applicability to daily activities, as the education and exercises provided can be seamlessly integrated into everyday life.

Through rehabilitative movement, education and strength, our clients can improve their management of Osteoarthritis and return to their meaningful activities.

What to Expect?

Designed for individuals managing Osteoarthritis, our Exercise Physiologists & Physiotherapists develop a customised 12-week hip and knee rehab exercise plan that addresses your specific concerns. In our semi-private classes, limited to a maximum of 4 clients, we maintain a focus on delivering personalised attention to meet the unique challenges of Osteoarthritis.

You will start the journey with a comprehensive initial consultation and assessment process with one of our highly-trained Allied Health professionals. During this step, we will gain a comprehensive understanding of the impact Osteoarthritis is having in your life, set clear and objective goals, and give our recommendations on the best course of action. With your agreement, we will then design your specialised exercise program.

To keep your program tailored to your needs, we conduct a reassessment of your progress every 6 weeks. During this complimentary 30-minute one-on-one consultation, your practitioner will guide you through a series of assessments,  and introduce new rehab exercises as necessary. This approach ensures that your journey towards better health remains individualised and effective.

The Rebound OA Program

After scheduling your initial appointment, you'll undergo a thorough osteoarthritis-specific functional assessment conducted by our expert Exercise Physiologists or Physiotherapists.

This custom-built assessment is designed to cover all aspects vital for maximising your rehabilitation.

Your assessment results provide a detailed understanding of your current functionality, enabling us to tailor your goals and track your improvement effectively.

Every 6 weeks, we craft a personalised program that aligns with your specific needs, ensuring you achieve the outcomes you're striving for in your recovery journey.
