Senior Exercise Physiologist

Specialisations & Interests:
Exercise for Cancer Rehabilitation

Growing up as an Acrobatic Gymnast, movement has always been an integral part of my life. I found the atmosphere of elite sport incredibly inspiring. Being exposed to many injuries of my own, and health conditions among my family and community sparked my interest in the role of exercise in navigating a variety of health conditions. Choosing to study a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology (Honours Class I) allowed me to combine my interest in elite sport and exercise to help improve the lives of others.

I find helping others improve their wellbeing and navigate chronic disease or injury through exercise incredibly fulfilling. I am passionate about creating a supportive environment and making exercise a positive and enjoyable experience. While I am interested in a variety of health conditions, my special interests are working with people during Cancer Rehabilitation, and children with Autism. My favourite ways to keep active are by running outdoors and surfing (at least trying to)!
